Conditions for return and exchange: Original condition: - Perfumes must be unused and in their original condition. - The product must be sealed and undamaged, with all accessories if any. - If purchasing more than one product, please try the sample first before opening the box. Time period: - The product can be returned or exchanged within 365 days of receiving the order. Required proof: - An electronic purchase invoice must be provided as proof to complete the return or exchange process. Products not eligible for return or exchange: - Lobofwar perfumes sold from other sites are subject to the return and exchange policy of the site from which they were ordered. - The return and exchange policy does not apply to opened perfumes; please try the perfume using the sample only. - Damaged products due to misuse after delivery. - During promotional periods, partial returns of orders are not allowed. - Only full orders can be returned, including all products and attached gifts, with confirmation of their condition, after which the paid amount will be refunded. - If wishing to exchange some products, the exchange option is available. - Body sprays and aromatic oils are non-returnable to protect health and public safety. If wishing to exchange them, they must be unopened and in their original packaging.
